Restaurant cleaning in Carrollton, TX

Restaurants already have a kitchen team who close down the line every night. What they usually do not have is anyone with time left for the dining room, the restrooms and the floors — which is exactly the part customers judge.

How we work

  • Bonded and insured

Insurance covers accidental damage; the bond covers theft. A certificate is available on request.

  • Background-checked, vetted cleaners

Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit.

  • Professionally trained teams

Teams work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than a personal routine, so visits stay consistent.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an area is not right, tell us and we put it right.

  • 24-hour re-clean policy

Report a missed area within 24 hours and we come back to redo it at no extra charge.

Where our work starts and stops

Being precise about this first is more useful than anything else on the page. We clean the dining room, front-of-house, restrooms and back-of-house floors and surfaces. We do not perform any of the regulated or specialist kitchen trades listed below, and you should use licensed contractors for them.

  • Kitchen exhaust hood and duct cleaning — a licensed specialist trade
  • Grease trap and interceptor service
  • Deep cleaning of cooking equipment interiors, fryers and combi ovens
  • Walk-in cooler and freezer sanitation programs
  • Carpet extraction, floor stripping, sealing and refinishing
  • Pressure washing of patios, sidewalks and dumpster pads

The room the customer sits in

A dining room is cleaned every night by staff who have just finished a service and want to go home. That is not a criticism — it is a description of why the deeper pass gets skipped.

The parts that slip are always the same: chair legs and the joints where seats meet backs, the base of banquettes, the undersides of table tops, the transition strips and the corners where the mop does not reach. None of it is visible on a busy Friday. All of it is visible on a quiet Tuesday afternoon.

Restrooms are the other half. A restaurant restroom is the single most consequential room in the building for how people talk about it afterwards, and it takes far more traffic than an office restroom of the same size.

Our scope is built around those two, plus the floors that carry everything between them.

Back-of-house work is floors, walls and general surfaces around equipment. Cooking equipment itself, hoods, ducts and grease handling belong to your kitchen team and to licensed specialists.

Working around service

Restaurant cleaning happens in the gap between close and open, and that gap is often short. A late close and an early prep start can leave a window of only a few hours, which has to be enough for a full restroom clean, a dining room pass and the floors.

That constrains the scope in a way office work does not. The realistic answer is to put restrooms, dining floors and front-of-house on every visit and rotate the detail work — chair joints one night, banquette bases another, baseboards weekly.

It also means arrival reliability matters more than anywhere else we work. If a team is late to an office, the office is cleaned a little later. If a team is late to a restaurant, prep starts on an uncleaned floor.

Tell us your close time, your prep start and who locks up, and the schedule is built inside those.

Restaurant cleaning questions

Do you clean the kitchen?

We clean the floors, the walls around the line and general non-equipment surfaces in back-of-house. We do not clean cooking equipment interiors, hoods, ducts or grease traps — those are licensed specialist trades and hiring the wrong contractor for them is a genuine risk.

Can you work overnight?

Yes, and it is usually the only time available. Give us your close time and your earliest prep start and the scope is sized to fit between them.

Do you handle the patio?

Sweeping, wiping tables and chairs, and clearing debris, yes. Pressure washing the patio surface is a separate trade with different equipment.

What about the dumpster area?

Waste is taken to the dumpster on every visit. Cleaning the dumpster pad itself needs pressure washing, which we do not do.

Will this help with a health inspection?

A consistently cleaned dining room, restroom and floor helps. It is not a substitute for your own food-safety program, your kitchen closedown or your specialist contractors, and we would not claim otherwise.
