Medical and dental office cleaning in Carrollton, TX

A practice has two cleaning problems: the general one every office has, and a set of surfaces patients touch in sequence all day. We handle the first properly and the second carefully — and we are explicit about the regulated work that is not ours.

How we work

  • Bonded and insured

Insurance covers accidental damage; the bond covers theft. A certificate is available on request.

  • Background-checked, vetted cleaners

Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit.

  • Professionally trained teams

Teams work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than a personal routine, so visits stay consistent.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an area is not right, tell us and we put it right.

  • 24-hour re-clean policy

Report a missed area within 24 hours and we come back to redo it at no extra charge.

The boundary, stated first

We provide general commercial cleaning of a medical or dental office. We are not a regulated healthcare-environmental-services contractor, and nothing on this page should be read as offering clinical decontamination. Your practice remains responsible for its own infection-control program, instrument reprocessing and regulated waste handling, and those must be delivered by appropriately licensed providers.

  • No terminal or clinical disinfection of procedure or operatory rooms
  • No handling, packaging or removal of regulated medical or sharps waste
  • No blood or bodily-fluid spill response
  • No instrument, autoclave or reprocessing-area work
  • No pharmacy, laboratory or compounding-area cleaning

What a practice actually needs from a cleaning contractor

The general environment: the rooms patients wait in, walk through, sit in and use — cleaned consistently, after hours, by people who understand what they are and are not allowed to touch.

Waiting rooms take more contact than any other room in the building. Chair arms, door handles, check-in counters, card terminals, water stations, magazine tables, children’s corners. It is a high-touch environment being used by people who came in because they are unwell, and it needs doing every visit rather than rotating.

Exam rooms need the general-environment treatment: floors, sinks, counters that your clinical staff have already cleared, cabinetry exteriors, waste removal from general streams. What happens to clinical surfaces between patients belongs to your team and your protocol.

Restrooms in a practice take heavier and more varied use than an office restroom, and they are the room patients are most likely to comment on. Every visit, restocked, disinfected, floors done to the edges.

A medical office scope

Weighted towards the high-touch general environment, with clinical work explicitly excluded.

Anything designated clinical, or containing regulated waste, is left entirely alone. If a room is not to be entered at all, it is marked in the scope document.

Access, confidentiality and after-hours conduct

A practice contains patient information, and a cleaning team works in it when nobody is there. That is a trust arrangement before it is a cleaning arrangement.

  • Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before their first visit to any site.
  • Paperwork, charts and screens are never moved, read or tidied. Desks are cleaned where they are clear.
  • Rooms designated off limits stay off limits, and are named in the scope rather than assumed.
  • The same team works your site wherever scheduling allows, so the people in the building are known to you.
  • Alarm codes, keys and access are handled through a named contact and reviewed if a team changes.
  • A certificate of insurance can be issued to your practice or your landlord on request.

If your practice requires cleaning staff to complete specific training or sign specific agreements before working on site, tell us at the walkthrough and we will arrange it.

Medical office cleaning questions

Are you a healthcare-specialist cleaning contractor?

No, and we will not describe ourselves as one. We provide general commercial cleaning of the practice environment. Clinical decontamination, regulated waste and infection-control program delivery need providers licensed and trained for that specific work.

Can you clean exam rooms?

The general environment of them — floors, sinks, cleared counters, cabinetry exteriors, general waste, handles and switches. What happens to clinical surfaces between patients is your team’s protocol, not ours.

Do you handle sharps or medical waste?

No, under any circumstances. Regulated medical waste and sharps must be handled by a licensed medical waste contractor. We remove general waste streams only.

Can you work after the practice closes?

Yes, and it is the norm. Most practices prefer the building cleaned in the evening so it is ready for the first appointment.

What products do you use?

Standard commercial cleaning and disinfecting products appropriate to each surface. If your practice specifies particular products or requires particular contact times as part of your own program, tell us and we will work to that specification.
