Each of these goes to a different place, so picking the right one gets you an answer faster than a general message would.

Getting a useful answer

What to include when you get in touch

Most back-and-forth happens because a first message is missing one of these. Include them and the first reply can usually answer the question rather than asking for more.

For a home

  • Bedrooms and bathrooms — count half baths separately, they still take time.
  • How long since the last proper clean. This is the answer people round down on, and it is the one that decides whether the standard list is enough.
  • Whether you want a one-off or a schedule, and roughly what frequency.
  • Pets, and anything that needs a door kept shut.
  • Anything unusual: a room to skip, a stone counter, a floor that needs a specific product.

For a building

  • Facility type — an office, a clinic, a storefront and a warehouse are four different jobs.
  • Rough floor area, and how many restroom fixtures rather than how many restrooms.
  • Roughly how many people are in the building on a normal day, and whether that varies by day.
  • The hours the work could happen — after close, before opening, or during the day.
  • Any access requirement: alarm handling, a site induction, or a certificate of insurance on file.

We will not quote a building from a description alone — commercial work is priced after a walkthrough, because that is the only way the number holds. What the details above do is make the walkthrough short and the first conversation useful.

Answered already

Most first messages ask one of these

Not to head you off — ask anyway if you would rather. But these six come up more than everything else combined, and each already has a proper answer on the site that is longer and more useful than what a quick reply would give you.

  • What will it cost?

For a home, the booking flow gives you a real number for your property in a few minutes, with any recurring discount already applied. For a building, after a walkthrough.

    What drives the price

  • What is actually included?

A room-by-room list rather than a description. It is also the fastest way to spot the two or three things you assumed were included and would want to add.

    The full checklist

  • Do I need a deep clean or a standard one?

It depends on condition rather than size, and there is a short test that settles it more reliably than guessing from how the place looks today.

    Standard vs deep

  • Do you cover my address?

Carrollton, plus Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, The Colony and Lewisville regularly. The page lists exactly where and on what terms.

    Service areas

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, everything needed for the visit. The page covers the exceptions worth knowing about, including when you would want us to use your product instead.

    Supplies and equipment

  • What happens if I am not happy with a visit?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area at no extra charge. No argument about whether it counts.

Straight answers

What we will not do over the phone

Worth saying plainly, because in each case the thing we decline to do is the thing a less careful company is happy to do, and it is the customer who pays for it later.

  • Quote a building sight unseen

Commercial work is priced after a walkthrough. A number given over the phone is either padded to cover the unknown or destined to be revised once somebody actually sees the place.

  • Promise a result we have not seen

Whether a stain, a smell or a scale mark will come out is a question about that specific surface. We would rather look at it and tell you honestly than agree on the phone and disappoint you on the day.

  • Take card details by phone or text

Payment happens inside your account on the platform, over the connection the booking flow uses. Nobody from us will ever ask you to read a card number aloud or send one in a message.

How your details are handled, and what the platform stores, is set out in the privacy policy.
