The office front is the part that gets neglected

The warehouse floor has an operations team who own it. The twelve-hundred square feet of office, breakroom and restrooms at the front usually has nobody.

That is where most of the complaints in a flex building come from, and it is where a cleaning contract earns its money. Restrooms serving a warehouse crew take heavier use than a professional office of five times the headcount, and they take it from people coming off a floor with dust and grit on their boots.

Breakrooms in these buildings work harder than office breakrooms too. They are used in shifts by more people, often for actual meals rather than a coffee, and they are frequently the only sit-down space in the building.

Warehouse cleaning questions

Do you clean the warehouse floor itself?: We sweep pedestrian walkways and the floor area immediately around the office front. Machine scrubbing of an operational warehouse floor is an industrial floor-care service with different equipment, and it is not something we take on.
Can you work around a night shift?: Yes. Tell us which shifts run and when the office front is empty, and the schedule is built around it. Weekend visits work well for buildings that run five days.
Our restrooms take heavy use. Can you keep up?: That is the main reason flex buildings hire us. It usually means more frequent visits rather than a longer scope on the same visit, and it means consumables need managing at genuinely industrial volumes rather than office ones.
Do your staff need a site induction?: If your site requires one, yes, and we will complete it. Every cleaner is already vetted and background checked before their first visit anywhere.
We share a building with other tenants. Can you clean just our part?: Yes. Multi-tenant flex buildings are common and we scope your demised area. If you also want shared common areas covered, that is normally a conversation with the landlord or property manager.
