Hygiene Maids of Carrollton

For Carrollton homes

Residential cleaning services in Carrollton, TX

Ten different reasons people call us about a house, and they are not priced or scheduled the same way. This page sorts out which one you actually need before you book anything.

How we work

  • Bonded and insured

Insurance covers accidental damage; the bond covers theft. A certificate is available on request.

  • Background-checked, vetted cleaners

Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit.

  • Professionally trained teams

Teams work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than a personal routine, so visits stay consistent.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an area is not right, tell us and we put it right.

  • 24-hour re-clean policy

Report a missed area within 24 hours and we come back to redo it at no extra charge.

Two questions decide almost everything

How dirty is it right now, and how often do you want us back? Answer those and the rest of the decision makes itself.

The first question sets the depth. A house that has had regular attention needs a standard clean — the same list, run properly, every room. A house that has not needs a deep clean first, because the buildup on baseboards, in grout lines and around faucet bases does not come off during a maintenance visit no matter how long someone spends on it.

The second question sets the rhythm and the price. A standing schedule takes a percentage off every single visit and keeps each one short, because nothing has time to accumulate. A one-time visit costs what it costs and leaves you back where you started a month later. Neither is wrong — they are answers to different problems.

Everything below is a variation on those two answers, shaped around a particular property type or a particular moment in a move.

The ten residential services

Each one has its own page, because each one has its own scope, its own timing and its own set of questions.

Not sure which line you are on? Book the standard clean and tell us the condition in the notes — if it needs the deeper list we will say so before the visit rather than after.

Houses, apartments, townhomes and condos

Carrollton is not one kind of housing. Established single-family streets sit near newer developments, there is a large apartment and townhome stock, and the areas around Downtown Carrollton and the north end of the city have added a lot of attached housing in the last decade.

That matters more than it sounds. A two-story townhome needs equipment carried between floors and has bathrooms on both. An apartment has a gate code, a parking rule and possibly an elevator. A condo may sit inside a building with its own access requirements. A single-family home usually has none of that and more square footage instead.

We keep separate pages for each because the differences are real, not because the words are different.

Recurring plans

Recurring plans and what they take off

These come off every visit for as long as the schedule runs. There is no minimum term and no code to remember.

  1. 20%off

    Weekly

Nothing has time to build up, so each visit is short and the house never really leaves ready.

Suits: Larger households, homes with pets and shedding, and anyone who wants Friday to look like Monday.

  2. 15%off

    Biweekly

The usual rhythm. Two weeks is long enough to notice, short enough that a standard clean still handles it.

Suits: Most Carrollton families and working households — the frequency people settle on after trying others.

  3. 10%off

    Monthly

A full reset each time. Expect a longer visit, and the occasional deep clean to catch up on detail.

Suits: Smaller households, homes that stay tidy day to day, and anyone maintaining a place between guests.

Discounts apply to every visit on a standing schedule and come off automatically while the schedule runs. Your actual price depends on the home and its condition — you see it before anything is confirmed.

What every residential visit includes, whichever one you book

These are constants. The service you choose changes the depth and the room list, not these.

The people

  • Vetted and background checked before a first visit
  • Trained to the Hygiene Maids method, not a personal routine
  • The same team on recurring schedules wherever scheduling allows
  • In uniform, arriving inside the window you picked

The equipment

  • Products, cloths, vacuums and equipment supplied
  • Your own products used instead if you leave them out
  • Separate cloths for kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Nothing you need to buy or store between visits

The cover

  • Bonded and insured; certificate available on request
  • A 24-hour window to tell us something was missed
  • A return visit to redo that area at no extra charge
  • Notes carried between visits so preferences stick

What we do not do

Being clear about the edges saves everyone a difficult conversation later. Cleaning teams are not repair trades, and some jobs need a licensed specialist or equipment we do not carry.

  • Carpet extraction, shampooing or steam cleaning — that is a specialist trade.
  • Exterior windows above ground level, or anything needing ladders beyond reach height.
  • Pest treatment, mold remediation, or anything requiring a licensed remediation contractor.
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances. We clean around and under what moves easily.
  • Repairs, painting, hauling away furniture, or clearing out a property.

Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator sit slightly differently: both are available, but they need to be requested in advance so the visit is scheduled with enough time for them.
