Hygiene Maids of Carrollton

Coverage

Where we clean

Carrollton is the market this company was built for, and it is where most of our work happens. We cover the communities immediately around it too — but deliberately not the whole metroplex, because coverage that wide is how arrival windows stop meaning anything.

How we work

  • Bonded and insured

Insurance covers accidental damage; the bond covers theft. A certificate is available on request.

  • Background-checked, vetted cleaners

Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before a first visit.

  • Professionally trained teams

Teams work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than a personal routine, so visits stay consistent.

  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an area is not right, tell us and we put it right.

  • 24-hour re-clean policy

Report a missed area within 24 hours and we come back to redo it at no extra charge.

Why the area is deliberately small

A cleaning company that claims the whole of DFW is either very large or is telling you what you want to hear.

Drive time is the enemy of a cleaning schedule. Every mile between two jobs is time nobody is cleaning and time that has to come out of somebody's arrival window. A tight service area means teams spend the day working rather than driving, arrival windows hold, and the same team can realistically keep returning to your home.

It also means we actually know the area. Which apartment communities need a gate code and which need the leasing office. Which office parks have loading access after six. Where the traffic on Josey and Trinity Mills makes a four o'clock slot a bad idea.

So the honest answer to "do you cover me" is: Carrollton certainly, the five communities below regularly, the edges beyond them sometimes, and beyond that no.

Carrollton is the whole point

This company exists to clean Carrollton. The office is on Old Denton Road, the routes are built around the city, and the majority of the recurring schedules we run are inside it.

Carrollton is not one kind of place, which is part of why it suits a company that does both residential and commercial. There are long-established single-family neighborhoods with mature trees, newer development at the north end, a substantial apartment and townhome stock, the area around Downtown Carrollton Square, and a large working district of office, flex and warehouse space.

That mix is the reason our residential and commercial sides are the same size. In a lot of suburbs one dominates. Here, a team can clean a house in the morning and scope a flex building in the afternoon without leaving the city.

Covered on request, without a page of their own

These edges are genuinely reachable from Carrollton and we work in them, but there is nothing distinct to say about cleaning there that this page has not already said. Making a page for each would be padding, not information. Ask when you book and we will confirm your address.

  • West Plano — the sections closest to Carrollton, east of the tollway
  • Far North Dallas — the pockets that sit against the Carrollton and Addison line
  • Hebron and the Castle Hills side of the city limits

Not sure whether you are in range?

Two ways to find out, both quick.

  1. Step 1

    Start a booking

Put the address in and the system will tell you what is available. Nothing is confirmed until you complete it, so there is no risk in checking.

  2. Step 2

    Or just ask

Send us the address through the contact page. If it is outside what we cover we will say so plainly rather than stringing you along.

  3. Step 3

    For a business

Commercial work is quoted after a walkthrough anyway, so send the address with the building details and coverage gets confirmed as part of that.

  4. Step 4

    If you are just outside

Sometimes a nearby address works if it fits an existing route, particularly for recurring schedules. It is worth asking rather than assuming.

Next step

Check your address

Start a booking to see what is available at your address, or ask us directly if you would rather have a person confirm it.
